Rafferty Fine Foods

Rafferty's Fine Foods was established by Chef Declan Rafferty who decided to develop his own range of homemade chutneys, relishes, dressings, flavoured oils, infused sea salt flakes, patés and jams which he makes and serves as part of his restaurant menus. Together with the growing trend in Ireland for homemade natural products it seemed like the right time to launch this range of high quality artisan foods.

Declan’s love for making jams and chutneys goes all the way back to his youth. He spent many summer days collecting fruit from his Grandmother Sheila’s garden then helping her make delicious jams and chutneys. Some of her recipe’s are still used by us today. 

All our products are handmade the old fashioned way in open pots in small batches using traditional methods.   This guarantees a quality product with an authentic taste.

Rafferty’s Fine Foods is currently producing over 12 different products and this is increasing all the time.
